Insula is next to Playa del Río ( Santa eulalia beach). This is a nice spot perched just above the sand, and recently it has become a popular place to have banquets and special celebrations. The speciality is fresh local fish, although they serve paella and other rice dishes, as well. You can also find a wide variety of salads and other dishes on the menu. It is best to go in summer to have a meal on the terrace enjoying the sea breeze. It is open all year, but in winter you need to book in advance.
